Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use LeafCloud, including its website, sign-in, CLI, and static site hosting service. By continuing to use LeafCloud, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

LeafCloud is operated by Jagadeeswara Reddy, an individual in India. LeafCloud hosts static sites on servers in India, in Bengaluru and Delhi. The service is in private beta.

Who can use LeafCloud

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service. Keep your account details secure. Sign-in uses a code sent to your email address; you are responsible for access to that email account and activity on your account.

Private beta

The service is free during the private beta. No prices are charged today. Features and limits may change as the service develops. Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. We may reset service data during the beta and will give notice before a planned reset.

Acceptable use and your content

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

You keep ownership of the files and other content you provide. You give LeafCloud permission to store, copy, host, and serve that content as needed to provide and secure the service. This permission ends when your content is deleted from the service, subject to backup retention.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using LeafCloud and delete your sites through the available service controls. We may warn you, remove or disable content, suspend access, or end an account if you misuse the service, do not use an account for an extended period, or if required by law or a valid legal order.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, LeafCloud is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent the law allows, the operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the beta service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will give notice of material changes by email or on the service before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
